Constructions Process
There are many steps to building a new home, and it is paramount that even the minor details are not overlooked. Quality control of the entire process is “non-negotiable” for Borey Williams with checks and inspections at every step of home construction. There are many members in our building teams which include: the Head of Construction Department, site managers, site engineers, architects, foremen, and our construction labor force. Each of our team members has a unique role to fill to ensure high-quality standards are met and maintained for every home we build. Our building process has the following main stages:

Steps to Build Homes
Fill Dirt
We perform comprehensive dirt filling for the entire phase or project to ensure that the boundary levels are precisely aligned with our survey measurements. This step is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the project’s foundation, providing a solid groundwork for subsequent construction phases.
Underground System
Once the dirt filling work is completed, we begin the installation of the underground systems, including drainage, electrical cables, and Wi-Fi infrastructure, throughout the entire project. This ensures that the project maintains its aesthetic appeal while also prioritizing safety and functionality for residents.
Foundation Work
Every home we build is held to the highest quality standards. Our engineers closely oversee and double-check each stage of the construction process, from the foundation work to every subsequent step, ensuring that every detail meets our exact specifications and requirements.
Structure Work
The structure in construction is like the skeletons in a human body. It is the constituent part where the rest of the building will fall without it. All the elements in construction are to a larger or lesser extent structure since they help to hold themselves and all the other elements beside. We do not comprehend which structure is more important than the other, as all the elements are equally important to ensure the whole stability of any superstructure.
Masonry Work
One of the primary advantages of masonry is its remarkable durability, allowing structures to endure for centuries with minimal maintenance. This resilience stems from the inherent properties of masonry materials, which are highly resistant to fire, wind, and water damage. Furthermore, masonry is not vulnerable to pests, such as termites or other insects, that can cause significant damage to alternative building materials.
Roofing Work
Roofing is a crucial and integral aspect of Borey Williams’ construction process. We have carefully designed the roofing system to ensure long-term durability and protection. By strategically arranging beams and installing protective gilding beneath the roof, we ensure the stability and longevity of your home, safeguarding it against the elements.
Mep and Water System
In most residential constructions, the sewer waste system is installed using materials such as ABS, PVC, or cast-iron drainpipes and vents. These pipes are carefully interconnected with various fixtures, including toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and showers. When a fixture is used, waste flows through these drainpipes, which are strategically sloped to ensure proper drainage and continuous movement of waste. Ultimately, the waste is directed toward the municipality’s main drain system located beneath the street, ensuring an efficient and safe disposal process.
Painting Work
We use Jotun paint to finish the interior and exterior of your home. Known for its beauty, high quality, and long-lasting durability, Jotun paint ensures a clean, vibrant appearance that withstands the test of time.
Inspections
We carefully inspect every step of the construction process, with our Quality Control (QC) team and Customer Service department performing an additional thorough check before contacting the customer to hand over their dream home. This ensures that every detail meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations.
