Phnom Penh: On February 22, 2022, Borey Williams and the Asia-Pacific Development Bank (APD Bank) signed a cooperation agreement to provide home loans for buyers in Borey Williams. The signing ceremony took place at APD Bank’s head office, presided over by Mr. William Naramore, Owner and CEO of Borey Williams. Also in attendance were senior management from both organizations, including Mr. Thoo Kim Seng, CEO of APD Bank.
