Construction Process
There are many steps to building a new home, and it is paramount that even the minor details are not overlooked. Quality control of the entire process is “non-negotiable” for Borey Williams with checks and inspections at every step of home construction. There are many members in our building teams which include: the Head of Construction Department, site managers, site engineers, architects, foremen, and our construction labor force. Each of our team members has a unique role to fill to ensure high-quality standards are met and maintained for every home we build. Our building process has the following main stages:
Fill Dirt
Dirt Filling for the whole phase or project to make sure the level of boundary is right as we survey.
Underground System
After the Dirt filling work is done we start the underground system as Drain, Cable electric, and wifi cable for the whole project to make sure there are beautiful views of the project and safety.
Foundation Work
Every home needs high quality, so our engineer controls and doubles check every step of construction as foundation work and another step to make sure it is right as we need.
Structure Work
The structure in construction is like the skeletons in a human body. It is the constituent part where the rest of the building will fall without it. All the elements in construction are to a larger or lesser extent structure since they help to hold themselves and all the other elements beside. We do not comprehend which structure is more important than the other, as all the elements are equally important to ensure the whole stability of any superstructure.
Masonry Work
One of the main benefits of masonry is its ability to last for centuries without much maintenance. This is because masonry materials are highly resistant to fire, wind, and water damage. In addition, they are not susceptible to pests like termites or other insects that can wreak havoc on other building materials.
Roofing Work
Roofing work is an important and indispensable part of Borey Williams. We have designed the roof with clear protection by arranging beams and gilding at the bottom to protect your long-lasting home.
Mep and Water System
In most homes the sewer waste system is installed using ABS, PVC, or cast-iron drainpipes and vents. These pipes interconnect with fixtures like toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and showers. When a fixture is used, waste travels through these drainpipes, which are required to be sloped to keep things moving. The waste will ultimately reach the municipalities main drain beneath the street.
Painting Work
We use Jotun paint to paint your house, it is beautiful, hight quality, and clean long time.
Inspections
We inspect every step of the construction process but during this step, our QC and Customer Services double-check again before calling the customers to hand over their dream home.
