Unlike most developers in Cambodia, Borey Williams offers a wide range of upgrade and customization options to make customers’ homes different from the rest. These include changes to the floor plan, adding extra bedrooms, making walk-in closets, and different tile or fixture options.
Value
Our home prices are drastically lower than the average home prices of other developers in Phnom Penh. The average 3 or 4-bedroom, detached, single-family home in the suburbs of Phnom Penh sells for between $250,000 to $700,000 or more. When compared to our villas priced starting from $91,500 the value is unbeatable. Not only is the price a key differentiator, but so is the overall value customers receive when they purchase a home. All homes include a large lot, grassed-in gardens, air conditioners in all rooms, kitchen cabinets, water heaters, electric range, and oven hood. Buying Experience
Here at Borey Williams it is our mission to 1) “build homes that customers love”, and 2) “to provide the BEST home-buying experience in Cambodia”. To accomplish this, we have designed an entire New Home Buying Journey pathway for our customers. Firstly, we begin with a “discovery meeting” where we ask customers questions about their unique buying situation. Information such as if they are a first-time home buyer, are they trying to sell their current home, financing constraints or preferences, number of family members, etc. all of which assist us in helping them choose the perfect lot, floor plan, and upgrade options that fit their needs and wants. From initial purchase to the completion of the home, our engineering team, finance team, and customer service team help to communicate construction progress of the home, title transfer processing, and liaise with their banking lender for home loan needs. Even after they move in, Borey Williams actively manages the entire community to provide a safe, clean, and refreshing living environment, all of which contribute to an overall delightful buying experience.
