Comparisons with Khan Kambol
Chak Angrae Krom is seen as one of the more desirable areas in Phnom Penh, but as it is not central, prices are more competitive than in Khan Sen Sok. There is also a vast area of wetlands that can be reclaimed around Boeung Tumpun and the southern area of the district, so you can expect even more developments in this area in the future. In comparison Khan Kambol is closer to Sen Sok Khan with its AEON Mall 2 and affords great investment opportunities for the smart Phnom Penh property purchaser due to its emerging status.
